Your day will begin at 10.00am as you arrive at the venue and wander through the garden, browsing at the kitchen raised beds and borders before being welcomed into the kitchen by the smell of delicious coffee and home-made cake.
Plenty of planning will have taken place in advance of your day so that Be is well prepared and as team leader, you are confident of a great day ahead. No experience is necessary and you will all quickly be able to relax into warm environment as we officially welcome you to the kitchen and introduce the team and your day. The morning will be divided into two cookery sessions, each with a demonstration to explain what to do, with a coffee break in the middle at 11.45am.
There will be plenty of help on hand to support you along the way and perhaps a bit of team rivalry might kick in! Be’s kitchen is well equipped for exciting flair and talent to be brought out in your team to enhance the finished dishes and, of course, tasting is essential throughout. Should the heat get to you, a short meander amongst the roses in the garden will soothe any brow!
At approximately 1.30pm, you will have created a delicious lunch, so a light-hearted presentation of dishes and judging will take place followed by enjoying your feast with a glass or two of Prosecco, or suitable alcoholic drink to match your theme.
You day will round off with a fun presentation of prizes and certificates before leaving, replete and happy, at approximately 2.30pm.
