My kitchen is a wonderful, non-threatening, environment to come and learn the cookery skills that you require to get on with your life. No need to travel to London, I have a fully stocked larder of specialist equipment to teach, two kitchens and a range of cookers to cover all eventualities.  A nespresso coffee machine to hand ensures a calm workshop as we work at your pace.  Clients come to master knife skills, perfect meringues, make macaroons, basic cake decorating - in fact whatever they wish to learn, its all a joy to me.

Lessons are for a minimum of two hours and if you bring your own ingredients it keeps the cost down.  There is a special rate for students who are booked into the Leith's school of Food & Wine intermediate and advanced courses who need to hone their existing skills to the 'Leith's' way.

I cannot explain enough how a short one:one session can change your life.  We all need to cook, fast food is no good in the long term, so a few knife skills and tips will keep your long-term health going in the right direction.
