Just going back to the basics this end, so tricky for me as so much amazing food comes past my kitchen everyday, but needs must! Boil up some bone broth (always have a supply in freezer for these moments!), pour it into the blender with a handful of soaked nuts (almonds fab!) and a huge handful or two of organic spinach leaves. Blast. Voila - filling and calming, I can feel the effects already. If you've been pushing it and you can feel your gut is unhappy, then several days of this with a simple stew of chicken legs, carrots, spinach and sweet potato will really help.
