My BITK 3 month reset is for clients who have tried and failed to get their body and eating under control.

This programme is perfect if you are ready to treat yourself to 3 months with me, to re-establish a healthy and balanced 'norm'. The most powerful recovery happens when someone holds your hand through the challenges.

Rome was not built in a day, you did not arrive where you are overnight and I know how hard you have been trying to sort yourself out. Your life has been full of ups and downs with emotional traumas, health obstacles, family chaos to name a few and no doubt, sugar cravings and perhaps alcohol as a survival tactic. You might well have ADHD.

We'll have 90 days together to change your life.

As a naturopathic nutrition therapist, I take time to understand you and help you find a great way to live forever.

Because each person is individual, I cannot stress this enough.

There is absolutely no 'one size fits all'

Your journey will begin with me taking a full naturopathic case history from where I can develop your personalised plan and journey.

We will probe into your medical health and make sure key markers are where they should be and there are a variety of ways to do this.

I will guide you to adjusting your diet and lifestyle to suit your body needs.

We shall discuss supplements and functional testing as appropriate. These can often 'fast track' a situation, but that is why we shall work together for 3 months - time is often what is needed.

Gut health, blood glucose and fasting are all key elements to consider.

Appropriate exercise, relaxation and mindfulness will also play a part, alongside stress management.

Your purpose in life, friends, family and work environment are vital too.

When it comes to actual food I'll support you with what to eat, what to cook and how to cook.

Likely also discuss your environmental and toxins - could these be having an impact?

Expect to progress every week, along with worksheets and a little homework as you start to change habits of a lifetime.

What We'll Cover:

Our first call (via Zoom) will be an in-depth discussion covering your whole history, including medical details, family history, family and work life. 

We shall discuss any medical concerns and I will leave you with some simple adjustments to make and a Food & Mood diary to start completing.

Thereafter, each call will focus on a different area, depending on you and how the plan is working in your life. You will need to be open-minded and ready to try new things, but be assured that I will be able to tweak the changes to suit you.

It will be time to step out of your comfort zone, but with me alongside, to check in with, support and encourage you all the way.

Typical Schedule:

Week 1: 90 minutes Zoom call

Weeks 2-6: 1 hour Zoom call

Weeks 7-11: 30 minute Zoom call

Week 12 Finale: 1 hour round-up Zoom call

How about considering a whole day learning to cook with me?

I have been teaching for over 30 years across a broad spectrum of adults young and old, students with autism, anxiety, dyslexia, dyspraxia and ADHD.


I am a qualified nutrition therapist but most importantly, I love to teach people to cook and to make their kitchen journeys easier and more fun.

When you arrive you will notice that my kitchen garden is vibrant and bursting with life, which means that we can use the best organic ingredients (when in season).


My kitchen is spacious, warm and welcoming with a full-size deep red Aga, a range cooker and ceramic hob and there is always someone cheerful waiting to do all washing up and make you coffee or tea throughout the day.

My store room is full of top-quality utensils and specialist equipment for every occasion and my ingredients come from local suppliers, wherever possible organic, wild or grass-fed meat and fish.

You will be looked after from the moment you arrive and there will be plenty to eat and drink along the way.

There is no doubt that a 1:1 workshop with me is an expensive affair, but you should know that I put my heart and soul into providing the very best experience for you that you will remember forever.

Why would I really want to spend a whole day with Be?

We shall pace the cooking according to your speed and my clients are always delighted with how much delicious food they take home with them.

When I am teaching I can often pick up on things that would make someone's cooking skills easier, for example if you are dyspraxic or have ADHD, we can work around things so that you go away feeling confident.


I often use machines such as food processors and blenders which I feel are an essential part of a working kitchen, but if you don't have them, or have space we can discuss alternatives.

Each event is entirely bespoke to your needs. Everyone is different and each of us is living a different life with scenarios.


My clients love having the time to learn exactly what they wish to learn and while you may come for a day of healthy eating, if you wish to learn how to make a hot chocolate souffle to impress a loved one, then that is what we shall fit into the day's schedule!
