This course is full of a huge variety of amazing breads and recipes which I have created so that you can join in on any occasion and not feel left out. It includes loaves, wraps, pancakes, crackers and flatbreads. You will also find pizza, an amazing savoury tart with an almond and sunflower seed pastry, sausage rolls and some delicious warm raspberry muffins and ice cream. If you enjoy dairy products, then it is super-easy to swap them back in.
The course is ideal for coeliacs, non-coeliac gluten intolerance or those who wish to learn so they can cook for someone else safely. In this day and age I feel that we should all have some 'free-from' recipes up our sleeves, whether it is for ourselves or our family and friends. Allergy or intolerance to ingredients can feel extremely debilitating and lonely, so with this course, I know there are the tools for everyone to be happy at the dinner or picnic table!

I have created this course to empower all of you who, like me, are unable to eat gluten and understand how dangerous it can be. I want you to enjoy eating bread and pastry and know that you can make it yourself, with ease, by following the simple steps in these videos. Many of you will also prefer to avoid dairy and with that in mind, the course is also dairy-free, though it does not need to be if you enjoy dairy ingredients.
